Seina Yamada
Fun-loving, energetic, and full of hopes for the future, Seina Yamada is a typical teenager. But, unlike other teens, Seina has to deal with something most guys his age never have to face--the unexplained, unstoppable, and continuous string of bad luck that always seems to turn his life upside down.Not wanting to give in to the depressing commentary he gets from his friends and family, Seina somehow manages to keep his spirits up. Much like Tenchi before him, Seina finds himself assaulted by the affections of several girls once he arrives at the Galaxy Police Academy.
Seina’s very noticeable rotten luck soon catches the eyes of those in the upper echelon of the GP. He finds himself the captain of the Pirate Decoy Squad. In other words bait.Seina takes his new position very seriously and always desires to do what's best for the Galaxy Police.
